Step 1: Urn Selection        

• Choose the wood variety and urn style
• Enter choice of personalization (2 lines) and the font you desire
• Choose poem/psalm or “No Poem” to be imprinted on the cremains cover
• Select and process your order

Step 2: Approval

• Once your order is received, you will be emailed a proof of your personalized engraving order
• If acceptable, proof must be approved via email. Any changes or corrections may be made at this time.
• Should you decide not to continue with your purchase, you may cancel your order and a full refund will be issued.

Step 3: Order Processed

• Your urn will now be personalized and prepared for shipping within 2 business days
• Once complete, your urn will be shipped via the method as you chose when placing the order
