Shipping rates are as follows:

• Canada Ground (3-7 business days in transit): no charge
• Canada Select  (1-2 business days in transit): $35.00
• USA Ground (5-10 business days in transit): $35.00
• USA Select (2-3 business days in transit): $85.00

Shipping Notes

• Approximately 2 business days are required to process and personalize your order.
• Shipping costs include all charges including brokerage, fuel surcharges and freight cost.
• Boxes are made in Canada and are shipped to the USA Duty Free.
• Shipments sent via "Select Service" are guaranteed to be delivered on time. Shipments taking longer than 2 days (Canada) or 3 days (USA) are eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

Breakage/Damage

• Items are guaranteed to be delivered unbroken. In the unlikely event that a customer receives a damaged item, a replacement urn will be shipped via select service at no charge.
• Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Returns

Any urn that is not customized (engraved) is returnable at customer’s expense. A full refund less shipping cost (if applicable) will be refunded once the undamaged urn is received. Urns that have been engraved are not eligible for a refund.
